I’m a big tech skeptic, but also a tech enthusiast, a music lover, and an otaku.
I love computers (especially old computers), tech stuff, audio stuff, music, photography, anime/manga and Japanese culture in general.
For tech, I appreciate enthusiast-driven companies and products. I prefer FOSS (Free & Open-Source Software) whenever possible, but that doesn’t mean I only use FOSS. I’m not a fan of big tech and AI.
For music, I usually listen to music based on vibe/emotion, not on specific genres. My favorite genres are ballade, J-Pop, J-Rock, anisong, doujin/indie, electronic and its subgenres (psytrance, hi-tech, hardcore, dnb, futurecore, artcore, …), game soundtracks, …
For my personal preferences and opinions: I dislike mainstream social media and idol/celebrity culture. I also avoid places like 4chan, soyjak.party, KiwiFarms. I think that not everyone deserves free speech. Who I am on the Internet is quite different from who I am in real life.
I’m not a person you should blindly trust, and you probably shouldn’t trust anyone on the Internet.
